Causeway Enterprise Agency ‘Think Big’ Programme

The ‘Think Big’ Programme was designed to provide practical Business development support to 18 existing businesses in the Coleraine area through structured business mentoring sessions which examined key development areas of the businesses.

Clarity Business Education worked directly with each of the companies identifying practical areas of need within their business and providing tailored mentoring solutions to help address these needs. Examples of support provided included redesign of marketing materials, establishing new bookkeeping systems, advice on e commerce and website enhancement, financial and strategic planning. In addition each participating company received a specially tailored mentoring pack which contained a range of useful resources which will help them run their businesses more effectively.

Clarity Business Education adopted a practical and customer focused approach to supporting companies on the ‘Think Big’ Programme and focused on providing each company with interventions which could make an immediate impact on their businesses.
